NORSEMAN PURCHASES COVER-ALL ASSETS
In June 2010, Norseman Structures Inc. acquired the manufacturing assets of Cover-All
Building Systems and is now a world leader in the manufacturing of steel framed,
fabric covered buildings. Cover-All was recognized around the world as a leader
in the growth of the fabric covered steel framed building industry and the Cover-All name
is synonymous with this style of building.
Norseman Structures’ commitment to excellence goes beyond other industry competitors,
such as Cover-All, as our designs are engineered to meet and even exceed industry
standards. The designs are reviewed for strength and functionality to provide structures
that are safe, built to last and meet the highest engineering and regulatory standards
of any manufacturer.
Along with the largest manufacturing capacity in the world, Norseman Structures
Inc. has an international distribution network with dealers in Canada, the USA,
Europe and New Zealand. Norseman also covers the world with the ability to distribute
products in Africa, the Middle East, and South America. Norseman buildings are ideal
